How we take care of your order

Every physical piece we sell is handcrafted to order in our Dallas, Georgia workshop — nothing is mass-produced, and nothing sits on a shelf waiting. When you place an order, your piece begins its life with you in mind.

Custom house replicas typically take 3–6 weeks of crafting time. Before any cutting or painting begins, we confirm the details of your order with you, and we share progress along the way so you always know how your piece is coming together.

All physical orders ship with tracked shipping, so you can follow your piece from our workshop to your door.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our hands — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment through secure download links. Links remain valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads, so please save your files somewhere safe.

All digital files are licensed for personal use only. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files — in whole or in part — is not permitted.

Because of their nature, digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. If you ever have trouble with a file, contact us and we will help you sort it out.

Custom and personalized items — including house replicas and name signs — are made specifically for you, and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For non-personalized physical items, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase, as long as crafting has not yet begun. Custom orders already in production cannot be cancelled — by then, the materials and hours are already committed to your one-of-a-kind piece.

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to the payment processor — we never see or store your card information.

We only use your information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
